Quick answer
Colored Aluminum Gutters in Northeast Atlanta, GA: The Brothers That Just Do Gutters Northeast Atlanta forms seamless aluminum gutters on site in nearly twenty factory-finished colors, from Royal Brown and Musket Brown to Copper Penny and Pearl Gray. Aluminum is light and will not rust, and the right color lets your gutters match the brick, siding or trim instead of fighting it. Call (770) 637-5130 or book online.
Most people picture white when they think of gutters, and white is still our standard. But seamless aluminum comes in far more colors than most homeowners realize, and the right one changes how a house looks from the street. On a red brick ranch in Tucker or Lilburn, a brown or bronze gutter disappears into the trim line. On a newer two-story in Buford or Hoschton, a gray or almond run can tie the roof and siding together.
Every color is a baked-on factory finish, and we form each run on site to the length of your roofline, so you get a seamless gutter with no joints along the straightaways. Want to see how color stacks up against the other options? Our specialty gutter materials page lays them side by side.
Gutter color in Northeast Atlanta
Two-tone gutters, brick-matched downspouts and other color calls that work here
The best color plan often uses more than one shade. Here is how we pair gutters, elbows and downspouts with the brick, trim and siding on Northeast Atlanta homes.
A gutter system is really two lines on the house. There is the horizontal run along the roof edge, and there are the vertical downspouts that come down the wall. On a lot of homes those two lines sit against different materials: the run reads against painted fascia and trim, while the downspouts lie flat against red brick, stone or siding.
That is why we often color them separately. The gutter and its elbows match the trim, and the downspouts match whatever they run down. Done well, the roof edge looks finished and the downspouts all but disappear into the wall.
Because every run is formed on site from coil in the color you choose, mixing shades costs you nothing in fit or finish.
Color pairings that suit local homes
| Exterior | Gutter and elbows | Downspouts |
|---|---|---|
| Red brick ranch with white trim, common in Tucker, Lilburn and Norcross | White, to match the trim | Royal Brown or Dark Bronze, to sink into the brick |
| Red brick with brown or dark trim | Royal Brown or Musket Brown | The same brown, one continuous color |
| Two-story with light siding in Buford, Dacula or Hoschton | White or Pearl Gray | Matched to the siding |
| Stone or brick front on a larger Johns Creek or Alpharetta home | Copper Penny or Dark Bronze | The same shade, for a warm, copper-toned edge |
| Newer build with dark painted trim | Black | Black, or matched to the siding |
How to judge a color before it goes up
- Look at the house in daylight, not on a phone screen.
- Hold the sample up at the eave against the trim, where the gutter will live.
- Step back to the street, where the gutter reads as part of the roof edge.
- Plan each wall on its own if the front is brick and the sides are siding.
- Settle the gutter color first, then pick the downspouts to match their wall.
- Ask if nothing on the swatch matches: we can often match colors outside the standard range.
Why aluminum is the color material
Aluminum is light, will not rust, and takes a baked-on finish that oxidizes more slowly than traditional gutters, so the color you pick is the color you keep without repainting. That makes it the practical way to get a specific look. If you want the richness of copper without the cost, Copper Penny and Dark Bronze come closest, and our specialty gutter materials guide compares aluminum with real copper gutters and the coated steels.
Carrying the color through the whole job
A new color usually goes up as part of a full gutter installation, with the old system off and the fascia checked before anything is hung. If you plan to add gutter guards, choose them at the same time so the guard finish suits the gutter and the roof edge stays one clean line. And if your current gutters are sound but the wrong color, ask your Solutionist whether replacing the downspouts alone gets you most of the way there.

Close to twenty. Beyond white there is almond, beige, black, blue, bronze, brown, gray, olive, red and tan, plus named shades like Grecian Green, Pearl Gray, Musket Brown, Royal Brown, Copper Penny and Dark Bronze. During your free estimate a Solutionist helps you compare real options against your own house in daylight.
Royal Brown is our most popular shade because it is neutral and goes with most homes, and it is a natural partner for the red and orange brick on the 1960s to 1980s ranches around Tucker, Stone Mountain and Norcross. Dark Bronze reads a little richer against brick. If your trim is white, you can keep the gutter white and run brown downspouts down the brick.
Yes. Copper Penny and Dark Bronze give you the warm tone of copper at a fraction of the cost, while keeping aluminum’s light weight and rust resistance. It is a popular choice on stone and brick fronts where real copper gutters would stretch the budget.
Red Georgia clay splashes up during summer thunderstorms and leaves an orange film on the bottom of downspouts and the lowest course of siding. Darker shades like Royal Brown, Musket Brown and Dark Bronze hide that film far better than white. The real fix is moving water away from the house, which is where underground drainage comes in.
The color is baked on at the factory, not brushed on after the gutter is hung. It does not oxidize as fast as traditional gutters, and it resists fading, chipping and chalking, so a Royal Brown run on a south-facing roof in Dacula keeps its color for years with no repainting.
Yes, and on many Gwinnett homes that is the best-looking setup. We can run the gutter and elbows in your trim color and drop downspouts that match the siding or brick, so the downspouts fade into the wall instead of drawing a stripe down the house.
