What the warranty means under Northeast Atlanta pines
A typical guard warranty is a promise about the metal. Whether the gutter underneath stays clear is left to you, and so is finding the installer when it does not.

BroGuard Premier provides a 20-YEAR PERFORMANCE WARRANTY, which guarantees that BroGuard Premier will keep the interior of your gutters from clogging if installed to our factory specifications, and we substantiate this with a money back guarantee. BroGuard will, at its sole discretion, either replace any failing area of the BroGuard Premier system with a new or reconditioned insert that returns the guard to its original operational standard; or refund you 100% of the BroGuard Premier product material cost. Labor and/or installer shipping costs not included.
BroGuard provides a LIFETIME MATERIAL DEFECTS WARRANTY for BroGuard Premier. All products will be free from factory material defects that occur during the manufacturing process. If a product is found to have a manufacturer defect, BroGuard will repair or replace the defective part(s) at no charge. We guarantee that the finished product will not chip, bubble or flake under normal conditions of wear. Our warranty is limited to the terms, exclusions, limitations, requirements and legal rights stated within this warranty.
In the event you sell your home, the balance of the warranty will transfer to the new owner. Change of Ownership forms can be obtained by contacting our corporate headquarters.
The above-mentioned warranties are void if any of the following apply:
- Damage caused to product from any outside force, natural or accidental
- Performance failures due to improper installation
- Damage during installation
- Natural wear caused by weather or other unique environmental conditions
- Damage caused by chemicals
- Improper use of product other than that intended by manufacturer
- Removal of product
- Contact with dissimilar materials
- Insert clogging due to unnatural occurrences, including but not limited to, tampering with or introducing a foreign element to the mesh, such as paint, caulk, adhesive, etc
Northeast Atlanta warranty questions, answered
No. The warranty excludes damage from any outside force, natural or accidental, so dents from hail or a run bent by a falling branch are not warranty claims. Those are usually a repair job or a homeowner’s insurance question. The warranty covers what BroGuard controls: the material, against defects for life, and the guard’s ability to keep the gutter from clogging for twenty years.
If BroGuard is installed along with new seamless gutters from The Brothers That Just Do Gutters Northeast Atlanta, the full system carries a Limited Lifetime Warranty. If it goes on gutters you already own, you get two BroGuard warranties: twenty years against clogging, money back, and a lifetime against material defects.
BroGuard guarantees that BroGuard Premier, installed to its factory specifications, will stop the inside of the gutter from clogging. If part of the system fails, BroGuard decides between swapping in a new or reconditioned insert and refunding 100 percent of what the product material cost. Labor and installer shipping are excluded. It guarantees the guard does its job; it does not take the place of routine roof care.
Yes, under normal wear. The finish is guaranteed not to chip, bubble or flake, and that guarantee is part of the lifetime material defects warranty. The yellow coat that settles on everything in late March and April is surface dust that rain rinses off; it is not what the warranty is about.
That is the job micro-mesh is built for. Needles slide into coarse screens and spear into foam or brush inserts, but they sit on top of a fine stainless mesh until they dry and blow off. If BroGuard Premier installed to factory specifications still lets the inside of the gutter clog, the twenty year performance guarantee is what you call on.
The list is short and specific: damage from outside forces, natural or accidental; failures from improper installation; damage during installation; natural wear from weather or unusual environmental conditions; chemical damage; using the product other than as intended; removing it; contact with dissimilar materials; and clogging from tampering or foreign material in the mesh, like paint, caulk or adhesive. Tell your painter before the trim gets done.
